Visa Invitation Letter for FPP2026 Conference Attendees
International participants planning to attend the FPP2026 Conference in Quebec, Canada, may require a visa to enter the country. To facilitate the visa application process, we have made a Visa Invitation Letter which is available on request.
Please follow these steps to determine your visa requirements and obtain the necessary documents:

- Download & Complete the Visa Invitation Letter:
- Please reach out to Rachael Callaghan (rachael.callaghan@quantumevents.ca) to receive the Visa Invitation Letter and fill in your personal details in the highlighted sections, including your full name, date of birth, passport number, and other required information.
- Make sure all the details you provide are accurate and match the information on your passport and other identification documents.
- Submit Your Visa Application:
- Once you have completed the Visa Invitation Letter, submit it along with your other required documents to the Canadian authorities as part of your visa application process.
- We recommend checking the official website of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the most up-to-date information on visa requirements and submission guidelines.
